With the historic finish of the Formula 1 championships, it was time to set the stage for the next year and hence, the next generation of F1 cars. This means, a newer engine, different downforce, refined aerodynamics, suspension, brakes, and so on, and professional drivers of every manufacturer making the 2022 f1 car get a feel of the vehicle months before the final version releases.
The 2022 F1 Car Choices, Are Very Interesting, to say the least
Well, professional race car drivers, Valteri Bottas and Lando Norris seem to have a less favorable opinion about the new generation of 2022 f1 car selections.
McLaren driver Norris stated how the car didn’t feel nice to drive in simulation tests and felt limited when going for the push. He also says that the cars felt like F2 cars where you need to fight the car when driving it. However, he also states that the cars are in early production and will go through significant changes when the final version is released.

A Different Opinion Forms an Equal Peer
Bottas, who joined Alfa Romeo after leaving Mercedes, claims the difference to be minimal, he does say the downforce to be a bit off, but the difference isn’t something to write home to. He also claims that the simulations do not represent the final variation of automobile cars.
The 2022 f1 car varieties are all aiming for improved aerodynamics for a better racing experience, but it will be hard to top 2021’s racing experience.
