Tom Cruise is said to have paid for his own jet to travel 5,500 miles to pick up 300 Christmas cakes. The actor reportedly intended to present the Mission: Impossible cast to sweet pastries from his favorite Los Angeles bakery.
The cakes were purportedly delivered to the crew in the United Kingdom by the jet. “Tom Cruise wanted to offer the Mission: Impossible crew a treat for Christmas cakes and thought that only cakes from his favorite bakery in Los Angeles would suffice,” a source said.
